What we collect

When you contact us or request a MiX board, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, venue name, city/location, message content, menu/spec files, logo or brand assets you choose to send, and any brand or launch notes you provide.

What MiX does not collect by default

MiX does not require staff accounts, staff profiles, payment details, or staff-level performance tracking. Current venue boards are designed as lightweight staff-facing tools, not surveillance systems.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, build requested MiX boards, maintain venue/spec records, improve product quality, and understand anonymised aggregate menu/category/brand patterns.

Menu/spec data

If you submit a menu or spec sheet, we may structure it into a MiX board for your venue. Venue/menu information may also contribute to anonymised or aggregated insights about menu categories, ingredients, and brand visibility. We do not sell personal contact details.

Sharing

We only share information with service providers needed to run the site, receive forms/emails, host files, deploy the product, or respond to your request.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as needed to handle the request, maintain the working relationship, and keep reasonable business records. Unused or rejected uploads may be deleted periodically.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data. You can object to certain uses or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

Complaints

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This site does not currently use non-essential cookies or analytics tracking.
